Directions:
From the I-70 and Hwy 63 intersection, take Route PP northeast 7.5 miles. The pavement ends and we are the first place on the right. Just follow the yellow line. If you are coming from out of town, there are several other easy ways to get here. Just call and ask.
TOURS
The unguided tours are $1 per person with a $10 minimum, and the group can be any size. We give the group a map and they can "walk-about" on their own and look at the animals and observation hive. The guided tour is $5 per person with a $50 minimum and includes a tour of our animals, a bee talk, rolling a beeswax candle, and a delicious cup of honey ice cream. Most groups like to arrive about 10:00, have their tour, enjoy their sack lunch on the patio of Nana's Kitchen and then have their Walk-About Acres honey ice cream. For the unguided tours and the people of the guided tour but not rolling the candle and planting the plant, the ice cream is $1.50.
